Returns & Refunds
Our policy
Because Yum-Yum Cajun is a food product, we can only accept returns on unopened pouches, within 14 days of delivery. If you change your mind, just make sure the pouch seal is intact.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged — a torn pouch, a leaking seal, anything that isn’t right — we’ll replace it or refund you, your choice. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
How to start a return
Email us at Yumcajun@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through it. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
